Season’s Greetings–Creating a greeting card

by on Dec.11, 2012, under Color Correction, iCorrect EditLab Pro, Photoshop Elements

Seasons Greeting Card created using Elements, iCorrect EditLab Pro Plug-in, and ImageTitler

It was a snowing weekend in MN and, as usual, I couldn’t resist taking a few photos of our house all decked out for the Christmas holidays. To create this greeting card I used Photoshop Elements to crop the photo and iCorrect Editlab Pro 6.0 plug-in to correct the color (Tabs 1, 2,  &3) and then, using the Sepia Tone feature in Tab 4, created the sepia image. I then click on the red bow on the wreath and used the selective Hue Edit feature to bring back the red without affecting the rest of colors. While I could have added the title with Elements, I decided to use ImageTitler because it was easier.

Here is the before and after comparison.

Enjoy the holiday season.
